If you have a problem with an existing product we may be able to resolve it through phone or email. We are happy to work with customer's in house technical personel in an attempt to affect repair of calibration of our instruments.
More complex problems will probably require that the instrument be returned to the factory for repair, please call or email to arrange for an RMA number and to verify shiping procedures.
